This site collects as little as it can: what you type into the contact form, and the initials you choose to put on the high-score board. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking.
Who's responsible
UNBROKEN Ltd is the data controller. You can reach me at jon@unbroken.digital.
The contact form
When you send an enquiry I receive your name, email address and message by email. I use them only to reply and to talk about your project. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months unless they turn into a project, in which case they're kept for the length of the engagement and as long as accounting rules require afterwards.
The high-score board
If you save a score, the initials you type and your score are stored and shown publicly on this page. Nothing else is attached to them. Email me if you'd like an entry removed.
Who else handles data
- Google Cloud / Firebase hosts the site, runs the form and score endpoints, and stores high scores (London region). Like any web host, it processes IP addresses in its standard logs.
- Resend delivers contact-form emails. It may process data in the US under its own safeguards.
To stop abuse, the form and score endpoints briefly remember your IP address in memory for rate limiting. It isn't stored.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or object to how it's used — email jon@unbroken.digital. If you're unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
